Customer Review: My first snow thrower ...

I've used a snow shovel which is back breaking if there's too much.
I have a Just Don't tractor with blade, chains & weights. It works OK.
It's more of a PITA than it's worth.
I had a Kensington ELEC chainsaw which was always underpowered, but it was my first one. My buddy lent me his free gas chainsaw, but both of those crapped out during the microburst we had which took down 9 trees.
What does this have to do with Poulan?
I bought a PP chainsaw with 2 free chains & 2 free oils cheap.
It rocks!

I bought this item for $298.
Guess what?
I have never had so much fun moving snow!

I moved it into my S hole neighbor's yard, an added bonus.
That's another reason why you should be nice to your neighbors.
How did it work?
I used it once tonight for 2" of heavy wet snow.
I cleared the driveway in half the time with no aggravation.
It not only cleared the snow, but loosened up the snow which had compacted under the vehicles.
I used a snow shovel to pile up what it didn't move & WHOOSH.
I'll be using it again tomorrow.
We were supposed to get 3" >. Now it's 10".

lift blades off ground when not throwing
works best going forward
aim chute straight up
put cooking spray on chute to prevent ice build up
use 2' PVC pipe to clear jams, none so far
Oh yeah, the bright yellow color is cool!
